เมื่อ 17 มีนาคม 2564 นาง Lise Nordgaard กงสุลใหญ่นอร์เวย์ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ มาเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ นางสาวลดา ภู่มาศ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ณ ที่ทำการกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ในโอกาสที่นาง Nordgaard เดินทางมารับตำแหน่งใหม่เมื่อเดือนมกราคม 2564 ที่ผ่านมา

ในการนี้ กงสุลใหญ่ลดาฯ กล่าวขอบคุณนาง Nordgaard ที่มาเยือนและขอต้อนรับสู่คณะกงสุลที่นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประเด็นต่าง ๆ ที่มีความสนใจร่วมกัน ทั้งประเด็นความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีและประเด็นในภูมิภาคที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Ms. Lada Phumas, Consul-General of Thailand in Shanghai, met with Ms. Lise Nordgaard, new Consul-General of Norway, who visited the Royal Thai Consulate-General on 17 March 2021. Ms. Nordgaard recently arrived Shanghai to take her new office in January 2021.

Ms. Phumas thanked Ms. Nordgaard for her visit and warmly welcomed her to the Consular Corps in Shanghai. Both sides exchanged views and experiences on various topics of common interest, both bilateral and relevant regional issues.
