Foreign Consul-Generals Warmly Welcomed at the Thai Residence in Shanghai
2022年9月13日，泰王国驻沪上海总领事乐达·普玛女士在总领事官邸盛情招待了各外国驻沪总领事，并谨此庆祝中国传统节日中秋佳节。
On 13 September 2022, Ms. Lada Phumas, Consul-General of Thailand in Shanghai, warmly received the Consul-General colleagues and spouses at the Thai residence to jointly celebrate the Chinese mid-autumn festival.
本次小范围聚会邀请到了：谢志君先生（柬埔寨驻沪总领事）、金胜镐 先生（韩国驻沪总领事）、丽莎 女士（挪威驻沪总领事）、黄桥进 先生（新西兰驻沪总领事）、乔赛尔·弗朗西斯科·伊格纳西奥先生（菲律宾驻沪总领事）、Mikael Hemniti Winther 先生（丹麦驻沪总领事）、Oku Masafumi 先生（日本驻沪副总领事）。
This small group gathering comprised Mr. Neang Samrithkomar, Consul-General of Cambodia, Mr. Kim Seoungho, Consul-General of the ROK, Ms. Lise Synnøve Nordgaard, Consul-General of Norway and spouse, Mr. Stephen Wong, Consul-General of New Zealand, Mr. Josel Francisco Ignacio, Consul-General of the Philippines, Mr. Mikael Hemniti Winther, Consul-General of Denmark and spouse, and Mr. Oku Masafumi, Deputy Consul-General of Japan.
总领事们和同事们愉快友好地进行了3个多小时的会谈和交谈，共同谈及了在上海的工作和生活的平衡。大家都被泰国人的爱和好客所包围，并被特别安排的精致的泰国美食所惊艳。
The Consul-General colleagues had enjoyed more than 3 hours of talks and conversations in such a cheerful and friendly manner, embracing work and life balance in Shanghai. All were pampered with Thai love and hospitality, as well as special arrangements for exquisite Thai cuisine.
在这个难忘的夜晚，总领事精心准备了许多独特的泰国菜肴并介绍给客人们，包括了：泰式炸虾饼、泰国荷叶包、泰东北香肠、凉拌柚子佐查普叶、泰式炸鱼淋酸角酱、泰式绿咖喱鸡等泰国美食。此外，还有各式泰国水果、甜点，还有专门为本次聚会准备的柠檬肉桂冰沙。
A large number of unique Thai dishes was meticulously prepared and introduced to the guests during this unforgettable night, including Tod Man Goong (minced shrimp balls), Miang Kham Kleep Bua (savoury lotus petals wraps), Thai Sausage in Northeastern style, Yum Som-O in Chaplu Leaf (pomelo spicy salad in wildbetal leafbush), Pla Tod Sauce Makam (deep fried fish with tamarind sauce), Gaeng Khiao Wan Gai (chicken Green Curry), etc. Thai fruits and dessert were also served, along with Seasonal Peace Sorbet with Lemon and Cinnamon, which was designed especially for this night event.

The month of September is also important for the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai as it marks the 7th year of the establishment of the current Consulate-General’s premises in Changning District, proudly serving all Thai and foreign friends in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui.
