泰国驻沪总领事拜访上海国际问题研究院
2022年10月27日，泰王国驻上海总领事乐达·普玛女士应上海国际问题研究院（SIIS）学术委员会主任杨洁勉教授邀请，在上海国际问题研究院进行了相关会见与交流。本次会议旨在继续推进泰王国驻上海总领事馆与上海国际问题研究院之间富有建设性的交流与合作，上海国际问题研究院国际合作与对外交流处处长朱菊华女士共同与会。
On 27 October 2022, Ms. Lada Phumas, Consul-General of Thailand in Shanghai, met with Professor Yang Jiemian, Chairman of the Academic Affairs Council, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) at SIIS by the latter’s invitation. This meeting was to continue the constructive engagement and cooperation between the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai and SIIS. Ms. Zhu Juhua, Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges of SIIS was also in attendance.
乐达总领事祝贺上周末中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会胜利闭幕，大会明确了中国的政策方向，且较多方面与政策重点与泰国的政策发展相契合，这将为两国进一步合作提供机遇。
Consul-General Lada expressed congratulations for the successful conclusion of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) this past weekend, where the Congress has set out a clear policy direction for China and many of its aspects coincide with the policy priorities of Thailand, providing opportunities for both countries to further cooperate.
杨教授强调了大会的主要成果，包括与中国外交政策相关的成果。谨此，双方就如何进一步加强泰中两国，与泰国长三角（YRD）两地的关系，以及如何加强上海市国际问题研究院与泰国相关机构的合作进行了深入的讨论。同时，双方还就各种区域和国际问题进行了交流，包括泰国将于 2022 年 11 月 18 日至 19 日在曼谷主办亚太经合组织（APEC）领导人非正式会议。
Professor Yang highlighted key outcomes of the Congress, including that pertains to China’s foreign policy. In light of this, both sides had an extensive discussion on how to further strengthen Thailand - China and Thailand - Yangtze River Delta (YRD) relations as well as how to enhance cooperation between SIIS and relevant institutes in Thailand. They also exchanged on various regional and international issues, including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) in which Thailand will host the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting on 18-19 November 2022 in Bangkok.
此次会谈是建立在泰王国驻上海总领事馆与上海国际问题研究院之间富有成效的合作之上的。同时，乐达总领事还于2021年6月和2021年8月分别与上海国际问题研究院院长陈东晓教授和杨教授进行了会见交流。
This meeting was built on the productive relationship between the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai and SIIS, including Consul-General Lada’s past meetings with Professor Chen Dongxiao, President of SIIS, and Professor Yang in June and August 2021, respectively.
