以上，且覆盖在泰停留时长+7天的健康 保险证明。如上述游客无法提供相关证明，航司将不限制其登机，并允许其 登机前往泰国，但落地泰国后应及时购买符合要求的健康保险。

ประเทศไทยปรับมาตรการสำหรับผู้เดินทางเข้าประเทศ

ตามที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้แจ้งข่าวมาตรการสำหรับผู้เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทย เมื่อวันที่ 9 มกราคม 2566 โดยขอให้ท่านติดตามพัฒนาการในเรื่องดังกล่าวอย่างใกล้ชิดนั้น ขอเรียนความคืบหน้าเกี่ยวกับ

การปรับมาตรการ ตามมติที่ประชุมคณะทำงานวิชาการสาธารณสุข เมื่อวันที่ 9 มกราคม 2566 ดังนี้

2. หลักฐานการมีประกันสุขภาพในกรณีที่ผู้เดินทางชาวต่างชาติเดินทางมาจากประเทศ/ พื้นที่ ที่กำหนดให้แสดงหลักฐานการตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19 (อาทิ ผลตรวจ RT-PCR) ก่อนกลับเข้า ปท./ พื้นที่ดัง

กล่าวนั้น ผู้เดินทางจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานการมีประกันสุขภาพที่มีวงเงินอย่างน้อย 10,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ครอบคลุมการรักษาโรคโควิด-19 ในประเทศไทย และมีความคุ้มครองตลอดระยะเวลาที่พำนักใน

ประเทศไทยบวกเพิ่ม 7 วัน (entire stay plus 7 days) อย่างไรก็ดี หากไม่สามารถแสดงเอกสารดังกล่าวได้ สายการบินจะไม่ deny boarding โดยจะอนุญาตให้ขึ้นเครื่องบินมายังประเทศไทยได้ แต่อาจ

ต้องซื้อประกันสุขภาพเมื่อเดินทางถึงประเทศไทย

ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ท่านคงติดตามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับมาตรการสำหรับผู้เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ จะเกาะติดสถานการณ์และรายงานเป็นระยะ ๆ ต่อไป

Thailand’s Adjustment of Measures for Entry for International Passengers

With reference to the press release issued by the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai on 9 January 2023 concerning measures for entry to Thailand and

advising international passengers to closely monitor the development of this matter, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai wishes to inform of the

updates of the aforementioned measures in light of the decisions made at the Public Health Technical Working Group Meeting convened on 9

January 2023 as follows:     

2. Proof of health insurance: In case that any international passenger travels from a country/ territory that requires COVID-19 test results (e.g. RT-PCR test)

before returning to the country/ territory, such passenger must exhibit the proof of his or her health insurance with coverage at least USD 10,000, which also

covers treatment of COVID-19 in Thailand, for the entire duration of his or her stay in Thailand plus 7 days (entire stay plus 7 days). Nevertheless, should such

passenger cannot show such proof, airlines will not deny boarding but the passenger may purchase the health insurance upon arrival to Thailand.

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Shanghai will also closely follow up and provide regular updates.
